We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager to lead the charge in turning marketing data into actionable insights. This is a senior role where you’ll work closely with leadership to shape campaigns and long-term strategy. If you love combining data and marketing analytics with storytelling, this could be the perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs, ROI, and business objectives.
  • Monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide clear recommendations that influence future strategies.
  • Lead competitor benchmarking and market intelligence projects, using advanced analytics techniques like marketing-mix modelling, econometrics, and A/B testing to quantify impact.
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more daily, to give perspective to marketing data.
  • Work with Marketing, Digital Delivery, Product, Finance, and external partners to ensure insights drive decision-making.
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that inform leadership and shape business growth.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or similar.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
  • Strong PowerBI/Tableau experience.
  • Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and website technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data driven background that’s been applied in a marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a bonus.
