What you'll be doing
- As Data Science Lead, you'll lead a team of Data Scientists and Analysts while remaining hands-on with analytics, forecasting and machine learning projects.
- You'll help shape priorities, coach your team and ensure high quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
- You'll work closely with commercial teams, senior leaders and executives to understand business challenges and turn them into practical, data-driven solutions.
- The role requires someone who is comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influencing decision making at all levels.
- The Data Science Lead will identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, forecasting, machine learning and AI to improve business performance.
- You'll partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure solutions are scalable, embedded and delivering measurable value.

What experience you'll need to apply
- Previous experience in a Data Science Lead or similar senior data science position.
