You’ll join a 20 person, deeply technical AI business undergoing rapid evolution following its acquisition by a globally renowned consumer tech brand, and play a major part in shaping how they grow next.

We are particularly keen to speak to candidates who have degrees or experience working for companies within STEM sectors such as Science (Biomedical, Chemistry, Physics), Technology (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering), Engineering or Mathematics.

As Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer, this role translates highly technical AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate across multiple industries. Responsibility spans the full delivery of the marketing plan end to end, including demand generation, nurturing, and retention, while partnering closely with the COO and collaborating across engineering, sales, product, and design teams. The position focuses on refining positioning, messaging, and storytelling to meet the needs of sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, and autonomous vehicles.

Activities include building, optimising, and managing campaigns using HubSpot, enhancing nurture workflows, strengthening top-of-funnel quality, and improving conversion of high-value leads. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and unlocking new markets, with the US representing a significant growth opportunity. This hands-on position covers the creation of insight-led content, shaping digital strategy, supporting events, and increasing brand authority through targeted awareness initiatives, all within a fast-paced environment where contributions have immediate impact. Over the longer term, the role contributes to shaping the structure of a future team and plays a central part in defining marketing as the company scales.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Demonstrable experience as a hands-on Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer in a technical or software-based environment.
  • Ability to translate complex, highly technical concepts into clear business value demonstrated by working in a STEM related sector.
  • Experience running end to end demand generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a small, high-performance company.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a growth hacker style approach to optimisation.
  • Experience creating content for varied sectors (FS, manufacturing, engineering, etc.).
  • A degree or qualification in STEM, humanities or similar, or equivalent experience showing you can grasp technical concepts quickly.

As Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer, you’ll join a collaborative, ambitious team working with world-leading AI technology. You’ll have the autonomy to shape marketing foundations while still benefiting from strong leadership and clear direction. The salary on offer is £50-60k, plus a competitive benefits package.
