Gain hands-on experience designing for leading international technology brands. Receive one-to-one mentorship and structured development from an experienced Senior Designer. Work in a growing Bristol studio with opportunities to progress as the team scales. You’ll support the delivery of graphic design across campaigns, social, web and brand projects, working closely with strategists, copywriters and senior creatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn, contribute ideas and grow fast through hands-on, real client work.
As an Associate Designer, you’ll create digital marketing assets, social graphics, presentation decks, campaign visuals and brand materials across a wide range of client briefs. You’ll work closely with the Senior Designer based in the Bristol studio, learning processes, refining concepts and strengthening your craft. Your day-to-day will include brainstorming ideas, producing artwork, iterating layouts and supporting larger campaign rollouts. You’ll collaborate with strategists, account managers and project leads across both the UK and US teams, contributing to creative discussions and participating in reviews.
This role offers broad exposure to digital-first design—80% digital, 20% print—including OOH, online advertising, event collateral, motion-led content and occasional branding projects. As you grow, you’ll take on more conceptual work and may become increasingly client-facing, with support every step of the way.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Early-career designer with some commercial experience (internships or freelance included).
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, brand and digital work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma.
- Ability to produce polished digital assets and follow brand guidelines.
- Clear communicator, confident asking questions and sharing progress.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Curiosity about technology, innovation and how design supports marketing.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to work 3 days a week in the Bristol office.
Bonus experience:
- Motion design skills (After Effects).
- Experience working on digital-first campaigns or B2B/tech clients.
- Interest in AI-assisted design workflows.
What you’ll get in return for your experience:
This role offers hybrid working from a central Bristol office and a supportive environment built on trust rather than micromanagement. You’ll receive structured mentorship, weekly check-ins, regular feedback, and opportunities to grow as the team expands. Benefits include 25 days’ holiday plus a volunteer day, annual education allowance, and the chance to attend annual company visits to the US. The culture is relaxed, collaborative and people-focused, with plenty of scope to develop your skills and progress your career.
