Our client, an established and expanding digital marketing agency with a strong presence in both the UK and US, is looking for an ambitious and adaptable Account Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage in their marketing career, looking to gain hands-on experience in account management and project delivery within a dynamic and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Client Engagement: Work closely with senior team members to foster and maintain strong client relationships. Support client communications, assisting in gathering requirements and delivering client-focused solutions. Contribute to creating high-quality client-facing materials, such as reports, presentations, and briefs. Project Support: Help coordinate various digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritization, and task management. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and technical specialists, to drive project success. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and stay within scope. Assist in refining operational processes to support scalability and efficiency. Administrative Tasks: Provide essential administrative assistance, such as organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and preparing project-related materials. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and team members. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related marketing agency environment. A solid grasp of digital marketing concepts across PPC (performance), SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and tasks.
