We’re working on behalf of a dynamic brand experience agency to find an exceptional Account Director for a maternity cover contract. This is a senior client service role where you’ll lead strategic accounts, inspire teams, and deliver standout work for global FMCG brands. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative environment where ambition, agility and impact are at the heart of everything. What you’ll be doing As Account Director, you’ll take full ownership of key client relationships, driving commercial growth and delivering category-leading campaigns. You’ll lead strategic planning, oversee creative execution, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll manage and inspire a talented account team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You’ll be hands-on with client presentations, proposals, and campaign strategy, always looking for ways to push boundaries and challenge the status quo. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints, both on and off-trade.
