This role is ideal for a proven client leader who loves building strong relationships and driving CRM strategy for global brands. As Account Director, you’ll take full ownership of client relationships, managing multi-channel CRM programmes from strategy through to delivery. You’ll act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring work meets their objectives, budgets and timelines.
You’ll oversee a small, talented team of Account Managers and Executives - providing guidance, mentoring and clear direction to help them grow. You’ll collaborate closely with planning, creative and data teams to deliver work that’s insight-led, creatively sharp and commercially sound.
Day to day, you’ll be presenting campaign ideas, scoping projects, managing budgets and spotting opportunities to deepen client relationships. You’ll keep a close eye on performance metrics and ensure projects are profitable and effective. This is a fast-paced, strategic role where your leadership and commercial acumen will shine.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement, or data-driven marketing.
- Experience managing large-scale client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Confident presenting and pitching ideas to clients at a senior level.
