Account Director/Senior Account Director (Branding/Packaging Agency) Opportunity to work with global FMCG brands. Bristol based with hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 in the office) My client is a leading brand and packaging agency based in the heart of Bristol. With a dynamic team of talented individuals, they specialise in delivering innovative and impactful solutions to our diverse range of clients. Their work spans across various industries, and they take pride in our ability to create compelling brand experiences that resonate globally. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Director/Account Director to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global brand design and extensive experience working with well known FMCG clients. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Drive the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring alignment with their brand objectives and overall business goals. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver integrated and cohesive global brand design, global Advertising and Comms, experiential, PR, digital and social projects. Provide insightful recommendations to clients, leveraging your expertise in packaging and global brand design to drive business growth. Actively participate in new business development and pitches, showcasing our agency’s capabilities and securing new opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Director/Senior Account Director or similar role within award-winning independent &/or group top tier agencies. Demonstrated success in managing global brand design/packaging projects, ideally within the FMCG sector. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovative solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results. A passion for creativity, design, and staying abreast of industry trends.
