- What you'll be doing
As a Software Engineer, you'll translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and deliver high-quality software across a varied product ecosystem.
You'll work on PHP and Java Script applications, customer-facing platforms, integrations, APIs and internal systems that support day-to-day operations.
You'll create new functionality, improve existing platforms and help modernise established applications through pragmatic, sustainable engineering.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll identify gaps in requirements, contribute to technical design discussions and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
You'll also use AI-assisted development tools as part of the software delivery process.
This includes providing clear context to AI coding agents, reviewing generated output and maintaining responsibility for quality, security and performance standards.
Alongside development activities, you'll contribute to AWS-based infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
