Primary Role: As a Crew Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our Rental department. You will oversee the scheduling of technicians, fostering strong relationships, and aligning staff with suitable gigs, tours, and events. In addition to managing day-to-day logistics, you will also play a crucial role in supporting the professional growth and development of our staff technicians. Understanding their individual needs for upskilling and advancement opportunities, you'll work closely with them to identify areas for improvement and assist in the facilitation of relevant training or opportunities to gain necessary experience. Utilising our cloud-based management system, TeamTrack, you'll efficiently allocate personnel, negotiate rates, and confirm bookings with freelancers. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for our freelance staff and will effectively communicate our company culture to anyone working with us for the first time. Collaboration with Account and Project Management teams is crucial, as you'll assess crew requirements for upcoming events and anticipate future staffing needs.
