As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team and run our London Warehouse Operations. Our South Wimbledon warehouse houses both Adlib and triplex brands for the group, serving as a vital hub for our operations. What’s the role?
As Warehouse Operations Manager, London, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the South Wimbledon warehouse. Reporting to the General Manager, London, and managing the Warehouse Team, you will be a lead role in the organisation to set high standards and build culture whilst ensuring seamless operations across both Adlib and triplex projects. You will work alongside other Warehouse Operatives, Department Managers & Directors, the Group Assets Team, Group Logistics Team and Engineers to ensure the warehouse operates as the glue for both Adlib and triplex projects going via the South Wimbledon warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Operations:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
- Work alongside the wider operational team across the Adlib Group (Assets, Logistics and Crew Booking)
- Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse layout
- Ensure all processes are followed for the Prep & De-prep of Equipment coming in and out of the warehouse
- Supervise the receiving, inventorying, and dispatching of all job types
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Uphold Health & Safety Standards across all warehouse operations
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
- Ensure reports are sent for any faults, damages, missing equipment and incidents
