A Day in Your New Role:

Each day will bring variety and impact as you navigate the dynamic world of bids and tenders. Here\’s what you can expect:

  • Organising and Prioritising: You\’ll manage opportunities of scale, focusing on smaller-value tenders while keeping a keen eye on the big picture. With typically 3 or 4 active tenders on the go, you\’ll own the supply and demand of your workday, ensuring every deadline is met with precision.
  • Project Management: From start to finish, you\’ll take charge of tender submissions. This includes answering questions about our services, emphasising added value, and ensuring every proposal showcases the very best of Alder & Allan.
  • Collaborating with Teams: You\’ll connect the dots between business units, working closely with commercial, operational, and technical colleagues to gather input and refine content.
  • CRM Management: Keeping our opportunity pipeline in check will be part of your remit, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Content Creation: You\’ll craft compelling responses that not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your work will highlight what makes us unique and why we\’re the best choice.
