Business Support Administrator
Permanent, full-time
Competitive salary plus benefits
The Business Support Administrator will be required to support the depot office, undertaking general office duties and additional tasks to support the operation of the division. The Business Support Administrator will be required to oversee & ensure the delivery of various contracts involving electrical systems maintenance and repair. This position carries a high level of responsibility and as such you must demonstrate a continued commercial and operational awareness whilst promoting the success of the company.
More about the role:
- Collation and preparation of all office, works and job paperwork including accurate electronic and document filing.
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately.
- Providing full office cover in the event of absence of other office staff for any reason.
- Providing support to operational staff, for example arranging accommodation, logistics support.
- Any other duties for which the Business Support Administrator is qualified and capable to undertake.
