Responsibilities- Work safely and effectively on your own or as part of a two or three person crew installing and maintaining Detectronic Smart Flow and Level monitors in the wastewater network.
- Diagnose problems and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
- Enter confined spaces when required.
- Travelling to other parts of the UK may be required.
- Full, clean UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a crew on site.
- Comfortable working outside in all weathers and in confined spaces.
- Polite and respectful when accessing manholes at people’s homes or business sites.
- Resourceful, hands-on and practical.
- Existing health, safety and environmental certificates (CSCS, Confined Space Entry Controller, NRSWA Unit 2, First Aid) are an advantage.
- Full training package, including health, safety and environment training, CSCS, Confined Space Entry Controller, NRSWA unit 2, and a 3-day First Aid certificate.
