We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager - Trenchless Rehabilitation to provide technical and operational leadership for sewer and pipeline rehabilitation programmes. The successful candidate will act as a senior technical point of authority for rehabilitation solutions, to translate survey information and asset condition into appropriate methodologies while developing capable teams, robust controls and dependable client outcomes. More About the role Operational Leadership Lead the safe and effective delivery of lining and rehabilitation programmes across multiple work fronts. Translate client priorities into resource, production and delivery plans. Balance planned works, reactive requirements, access constraints and specialist capacity. Establish clear ownership, escalation routes and performance routines across the delivery team.
