More About The Role

  • Lead a team on-site made up of an Assistant Field Service Technician or Field Service Technician ensuring quality work and health & safety compliance.
  • Work safely and effectively as part of a one/two/three-person crew installing and maintaining equipment onsite, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision.
  • Provide feedback to managers for performance reviews and project improvements.
  • Take ownership of designated Field Services H&S tasks.
  • Train and support Assistants and Technicians on the job.
  • Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; report defects promptly.
  • Complete all site works to client satisfaction.
  • Clean, secure, and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Handle loading/unloading materials safely and correctly with a high regard for health & safety.
  • Follow all company H&S policies, RAMS, and wear correct PPE.
  • Engage with clients on-site to communicate progress and offer support.
  • Share feedback and ideas with supervisors for continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar field-based or technical role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the water and wastewater industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to use a range of hand tools to install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment.
  • Professional, approachable, and positive \"can-do\" attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and deliver high-quality work.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to right-first-time delivery.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
