Adler & Allan is seeking a proactive Yard Operative to join their busy site in Shaftesbury. You'll work with the Yard Supervisor and Operations teams to ensure the site runs safely and smoothly, assisting in the handling and disposal of waste, cleaning, and stock control.
Ideal candidates enjoy practical, outdoor work year-round, possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and are willing to learn safety protocols. A Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
