We are excited to announce we are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers in delivering a smooth and efficient outcome for both Projects and service provision. Within this role, you will work closely with the Project Managers to provide technical delivery support to a designated programme of work.

Job Description

  • Assist Project Manager to ensure that Subcontractors POs are produced and tracked through Focal Point (or its replacement).
  • Ensure direct labour is planned and recorded.
  • Monitor installations (Pressure/Sewer Level), review and verify every installation using the relevant supplier portal and progress on the Map16 / RADAR portals.
  • Analyse and set the pressure points on RADAR.
  • Maintain the correct folder structure in Sharepoint and ensure all project related documentation is uploaded to the correct folder.
  • Assist the Project Managers in scoping survey requirements and liaising with the enabling and construction teams.
  • Request utilities from Utility Team.
  • Arrange site access requirements as needed (e.g. SAAA’s, permits).
  • Support or run Inductions for Subcontractors.
  • Collate working hours for Subcontractors/Direct Labour for H&S Reports.
  • Production of work packs for Subcontractors/Direct Labour.
  • Attend progress meetings with Modellers and maintain action logs.
  • Planning work and uploading onto the FSA.
  • Organise entry notices and letters.
  • Support production of Meeting presentations and reports.
  • Assist the Engineering teams with the development and issuing of TTROs and Land Entry Notices, including liaison with 3rd parties (Highway Officers, Land Agents, Customers etc).
  • Collate and process all survey information received on the project.
  • Traffic Management – TTRO/Traffic management proposals.
  • Plan and arrange project meetings as required (e.g. site visits, Operations Liaison etc.) and chair when required.
  • Attend project/governance meetings and produce minutes and action logs.
  • Ensure Construction Documentation/pack is in place.
  • Provide a trusted and efficient administrative service for designated teams to ensure projects flow accordingly.
  • Produce reports and data analysis to contribute to team decision making.
  • Partner with the other Technical Administrators to create a unit of peers who can knowledge share.
  • Provide a visible presence across teams to enhance efficiency of projects.
  • Demonstrate the desire to learn new skills and knowledge from other teams to assist in different areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility for outputs.
  • Experience of working collaboratively in teams.
  • Clean Driving Licence.
