The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting delivery teams by enabling efficient project planning, execution, and reporting. This role ensures high-quality and safe delivery of works through regular site presence, audits, and process improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing blowback investigations, enabling sites for further works, training, performance reporting, and quality assurance.
- Overseeing RISC team operations, equipment, and providing line management for field technicians, ensuring all teams are audit-compliant, properly trained, and aligned with current work instructions and best practices.
- Supporting delivery teams with project planning and enablement to ensure efficient execution.
- Ensuring all planned works are completed effectively, meeting quality and time expectations.
- Conducting and reporting monthly CSIR audits across all teams within the programme.
- Reviewing and actioning Vyntelligence submissions to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining up-to-date work instructions, ensuring they are relevant and followed.
- Supporting permitting processes and pre-site/enabling visits for complex jobs.
- Ensuring accurate completion and submission of handover documents for NIT tablets.
- Analysing data from VYN to ensure jetting operations have been undertaken to the correct procedures.
- Completing quality checks on data being uploaded into NIT from the Engineers on site.
- Ensuring that Engineers are productive and utilised effectively.
- Ensuring sites are enabled to reduce abortive visits and unproductive time.
- Ensuring site audits are captured and logged onto M2I and SharePoint.
- Responsible for ensuring the Engineers have the correct PPE and equipment.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with HSE regulations and standards.
- Conducting site visits to monitor and reinforce safe working practices.
- Investigating and reporting on blowbacks and other safety incidents, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Providing feedback and driving continuous improvement based on audit findings and incident reviews.
- Line managing RISC field technicians, providing support, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Delivering training for new teams on the correct use of NIT and Vyn systems.
- Engaging with delivery teams to roll out and embed best practice standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Local liaison with Networks and Ops teams, building trust and promoting collaboration.
