The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

Permanent, full-time. Competitive salary plus benefits. This position is required to assist and help to develop all aspects of the allocated division; this includes the entire operational function within the division to be most efficient and effective with commercial success being the focus.

More About the Role

  • Assist with the promotion of the operational and organisational success of Brize Norton.
  • Customer liaison and job progress reporting to any party as required.
  • Assist the operational team to ensure all works programmes are planned, managed, and executed to promote maximum efficiency and be cost-effective whilst delivering excellent service to the company’s customers.
  • Daily involvement in the assistance of the divisional operations, including attendance to management meetings as and when required.
  • Liaison with sales staff identifying customer requirements and satisfying such requirements, including handling sales hand-over sheets, both inbound and outbound.
  • Be fully briefed on the divisional capability with regard to qualifications and allocate correctly trained resources to the correct works.
  • Perform and meet KPIs ensuring employee participation in TBTs.
  • Any task for which you are capable of undertaking and requested by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of operating in a dynamic office environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to operate on own initiative without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to tailor such skills to any group of people.
