We are looking for forward‑thinking Senior Advisory Consultants to help develop our Advisory Services capability and support clients in the Water and Energy sectors, as well as broader utilities and infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the development of justified and efficient regulatory business plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies.
  • Advance the journey toward asset management maturity.
  • Leverage asset data to deliver optimal business solutions.
  • Develop long‑term adaptive strategies.
  • Ensure appropriate governance and assurance structures.
  • Deliver projects on time and to high quality.
  • Analyze data to produce trends and support decision‑making.
  • Organize meetings and workshops with clients.
  • Author reports and presentations to inform stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting bids and proposals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Typically over 4 years of professional experience in infrastructure management within water, gas, or electricity industries.
  • Detailed knowledge of physical asset management in a regulated sector, with awareness of related disciplines.
  • Ability to apply best practice to develop innovative solutions.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Capacity to work independently while supporting less experienced colleagues.
  • Experience in business development – supporting bids and proposals.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Relevant professional training or chartership.
