Internal Opportunity: ESG Delivery Lead (FTC 10 months / Secondment)
Duration: ~10 months (starting early August 2026). We’re looking for an ESG Delivery Lead to join us on a 10-month fixed-term contract or secondment to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role and play a key part in delivering our ESG strategy at an important stage of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver our Group ESG strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and with support from an executive sponsor
- Oversee decarbonisation initiatives and carbon reporting (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
- Manage ESG disclosures (CDP, TCFD, SECR, EcoVadis) and contribute to annual reporting
- Develop initiatives across supply chain, biodiversity, and product lifecycle
- Support bids, tenders, and senior stakeholder engagement
- Line manage the ESG Data & Reporting Lead
About you
- Experience in sustainability or ESG
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Knowledge of carbon accounting and ESG frameworks
- Strategic, hands-on, and results-focused approach
