Job Description: As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You will oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide network support across the group
- Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity
- Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications
- Manage IP telephony systems
- Implement company hardware and software
- Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & TeamViewer
- Perform network installations
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks
Qualifications:
- General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Familiarity with firewalls and subnets
- MS Windows 10 & 11
- MS Office 2016 & O365
- Microsoft Server (2012–2022)
- General hardware diagnostics
- Clean UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
