Competitive salary We have an exciting opportunity as a Southern Counties 6 month FTC Competitive salary. We have an exciting opportunity as a Civils Ganger/Labourer to join our growing operations team. You\\\’ll play a key part in delivering high quality groundworks, drainage and repair services across a variety of sites, ensuring all work meets our safety, quality and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out groundworks, including excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and reinstatement
- Install and repair drainage systems
- Support remedial works such as patching, manhole repairs, and general site cleanup
- Operate small tools and plant (e.g. breakers, trench compactors, wacker plates)
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols and report any issues
- Maintain equipment and promote a tidy, safe working environment
About you
- Experience in civils, drainage or utilities work
- Physically fit, dependable and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- A team player with a hands on attitude and attention to detail
- Able to work safely, efficiently, and proactively on site
- Full UK Driving Licence
