The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The Contracts Manager will be the primary Point of Contact for key customers, oversee all customer contract compliance, manage customer portals and attend regular meetings. The role supports the sales team in new customer bids and integrates contracts into Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of services and act as primary PoC for customers.
  • Internal representation of customers and provide contract leadership.
  • Ensure planned preventative maintenance meets customer requirements.
  • Complete reactive/remedial works to a satisfactory standard and within timeframe.
  • Maintain accurate completion of the customer portal.
  • Manage performance against Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide reports and presentations to customers.
  • Feedback to customers on problem sites, including suggested works to alleviate future issues.
  • Support Operations and finance with any customer queries.
  • Review change orders initiated by customers.
  • Attend regular meetings with customers.
  • Resolve any service issues arising.
  • Ensure Adler & Allan and approved sub-contractors adhere to customer policies, procedures and relevant requirements.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strategic advice, full lifecycle contract management, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of ensuring compliance.
