Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact on the phone, handling queries in a professional manner.
- Preparing, collating and filing key office and works documentation (digital & paper‑based).
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and supporting finance administration.
- Assist the operations management team, monitoring the status of Opportunities and Quotations on focalpoint, chasing up information and responses as necessary.
- Managing bookings for accommodation and travel when required.
- Maintaining office supplies and providing cover for colleagues when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced office environment (industry experience an advantage).
- Strong IT skills, confident across Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently with initiative, while being a supportive team player.
