Exciting times here at Adler & Allan! We are looking for two Business Improvement Partners to support our ambitious growth plan. We offer a varied workload across all sites and teams, providing the chance to make an impact by analyzing current processes, data, managing projects, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality. This role will work closely with group central functions and other divisions to ensure seamless collaboration, consistent reporting, maximizing efficiency, and adding value. The role can be home-based or hybrid, with travel and overnight stays on sites for 2-3 days per week.

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement and integration initiatives, managing projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Utilize methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma to drive efficiency and quality
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Standardize workflows to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with departments to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate initiatives
  • Monitor operational performance against targets and take necessary actions

About you:

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or similar, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and practices. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management tools is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are also required to build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
