Are you organised, tech‑savvy and driven to support work that protects the environment? Adler and Allan’s Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) team is looking for a Technical Operations Planner to join us in a permanent, site based role. EPS helps clients identify and manage environmental risks linked to containment infrastructure. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting technical delivery and ensuring high quality reporting across the UK.
More about the role:
- Manage and update CRM data, including opportunities, quotes and business information
- Ensure job and inspection sheets are completed accurately and logged correctly
- Support multi service line project collation and reporting
- Prepare, process and issue client invoices
- Provide operational and administrative support across the EPS division
- Assist with IFS system development, asset reporting and job pack creation
About you:
- Experience in IT systems, administration or technical support
- Strong Windows OS knowledge and user account management skills
- Proficiency with asset management systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent organisation, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to deliver operational support and manage multi‑faceted projects
- Background in project coordination or support preferred but not essential
