Lead Operatives are to assist in the delivery of on-site project works to a safe, compliant and to a high standard of workmanship. You will play a vital role in supporting the operational activities necessary for the delivery of utility services to our customers.
The Lead Operative will be responsible to the Supervisor.

To work safely at all times and ensure the safety of all those working around them.
To comply with the requirements of the company policies, procedures and relevant risk assessments and method statements.
To report all accidents, incidents and near misses.
To attend Stand Downs, Team Briefs and Toolbox Talks.
Follow instructions from the site supervisor and or manager to complete tasks efficiently.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as required.
To attend training and update courses as required.
Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from hazards.
To assist with accurately recording details of work undertaken.
Operate plant and machinery (where trained and certified).
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other team members, including engineers and supervisors, to coordinate workflow and achieve operational objectives.
Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools required for drainage work.
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. xiskglj
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
You will be required to be on a works call out rota on a 1-4 basis- On a 7- day period.
