At MEL Environmental Solutions Ltd, we specialise in restoring properties after pollution incidents and providing pollution response services to the Insurance Industry. We are currently seeking a Semi-Skilled Groundworker/Labourer to join our team in Northern Ireland . This role involves working on residential oil spill projects, ensuring environmental restoration and safety.

What You\’ll Do: Carry out site works following safety protocols, including the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Policy.
Assist Senior Technician/General Builder with various tasks.
Support ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System processes.
Perform additional tasks as advised by Top Management.
What We\’re Looking For: Experience in a multi-skilled construction role, including hand digging, groundwork, laying drainage, concreting, etc.
Ability to operate a mini digger/dumper (preferred but not essential).
CSCS certification (essential).
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Willingness to travel and work away from home during the week if required.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol Screening.
