Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across multiple business units.
- Lead and support complex change programmes, including redundancy, TUPE and restructuring.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, coaching, performance and organisational development.
- Support integration activity, including M&A-related HR work (highly advantageous).
- Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice aligned to business goals.
- Build strong, credible relationships at all levels.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Travel regularly to sites across the UK (essential).
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- A highly capable, well-rounded HR generalist.
- Proven HRBP experience within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong employment law knowledge and ability to apply it confidently.
- Demonstrated experience of:
- Organisational change and restructures.
- Redundancy processes.
- TUPE (incoming or outgoing).
- M&A or integration experience (desired, not essential).
