To assist with the promotion of the operational and organisational success of Brize Norton. Customer liaison and job progress reporting to any party as required. Assist the operational team to ensure all works programmes are planned, managed, and executed to promote maximum efficiency and be most cost effective whilst delivering excellent service to the company’s customers.
Daily involvement in the assistance of the divisional operations, including attendance to management meetings as and when required. Liaison with sales staff identifying customer requirements and satisfying such requirements. This includes the handling of sales hand over sheets, both inbound and outbound. Be fully briefed on the divisional capability with regards to qualifications and be able to allocate the correctly trained resources to the correct works.
Perform and meet KPI’s ensuring employee participation in TBT’s. Any task for which you are capable of undertaking and requested by senior management.
QualificationsPrevious experience of operating in a dynamic office environment. Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft office applications. Must be able to operate on own initiative without supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to tailor such skills to any group of people.
