We are currently seeking two Semi-Skilled Groundworker/Labourers to join our team in Sauchie. This role involves working on residential oil spill projects, ensuring environmental restoration and safety.

What You'll Do:

  • Carry out site works following safety protocols, including the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Policy.
  • Assist Senior Technician/General Builder with various tasks.
  • Support ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as advised by Top Management.

Qualifications - What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a multi-skilled construction role, including hand digging, groundwork, laying drainage, concreting, etc.
  • Ability to operate a mini digger/dumper (preferred but not essential).
  • CSCS certification (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home during the week if required.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol Screening.
