Location: Home based but role will cover Aqua clients across the North and the Midlands of England, e.g. Northumbrian Water, Yorkshire Water, United Utilities & Severn Trent Water, so must be willing to commute to client offices and sites as required. The role will be based either at home/hybrid or at Aqua Consultants’ Offices or key client offices, supporting the commercial team of surveyors in the delivery of key frameworks and key projects. It will involve liaising with both clients and contractors on a daily basis, to enable effective management of the projects.

- Assist with Senior QS in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Be the focal point of contact for the client and inspire confidence with clients.
- Manage infrastructure projects ideally using the NEC form of contract.
- Estimating and cost planning.
- Procurement advice.
- Contract administration and cost control.
- Cost reporting.
