We are looking for an organised and proactive Resourcer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support high-volume recruitment across a wide variety of roles while ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end resourcing process across multiple business areas.
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and proactively source talent.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate conversations and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide administrative support including issuing contracts, right-to-work checks, and onboarding tasks.
- Assist with supplier management, including processing invoices and raising POs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data security standards.
- Support wider resourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a recruitment or resourcing environment, ideally high-volume.
- Able to juggle multiple vacancies at pace with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using recruitment systems, Excel and other digital tools.
- Experience supporting with invoicing or recruitment admin is desirable.
- A team player with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
