Adler & Allan are looking for an outstanding Recruitment Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract, partnering closely with Aqua Consultants and Professional Services functions. This role is focused on the attraction and delivery of high-quality, specialist, engineering and consultancy talent. You will operate as a true partner to the business, shaping hiring strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering recruitment solutions in a competitive and technically complex market.

Responsibilities:- Act as the Recruitment Business Partner to Aqua Consultants and Professional Services leaders
- Own end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles including engineers, consultants and professional services professionals
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing trusted advice and challenge where needed
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent pipelining for niche skillsets
- Bring insight into the engineering and environmental consultancy market, including talent availability and trends
- Drive direct hiring approaches and reduce reliance on agencies where appropriate
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Adler & Allan's values and brand
- Manage priorities across multiple roles while maintaining quality and pace
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or Senior TA Partner (in-house or embedded)
- Strong knowledge of engineering, environmental, infrastructure or professional services roles
- Demonstrable success recruiting specialist, hard-to-fill technical positions
- Confidence working with senior technical stakeholders and business leaders
- A consultative approach - able to influence, advise and challenge constructively
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
- A hands-on recruiter who enjoys getting into the detail of complex roles
