We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our growing Remediations team delivering state of the art no dig cured in place pipe lining technology. Have got what it takes to be the driving force behind seamless operations? Jet Aire are looking for a Remediations Scheduler to coordinate all-round lining activities and become the key connection between teams, clients, and success.
More about the role:
- Strategically program and administer all works.
- Respond to all emails/queries.
- Be the point of contact and liaison with clients.
- Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers.
- Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager.
- Contact customers and plan jobs.
- Scheduling all WIPs on the system.
- Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.
- Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with 'O' Licence requirements.
- Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays.
- Coordinating and booking training.
- Maintain PPE levels.
- Administration of My Compliance.
Qualifications
About you:
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills is advantageous.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and stay focused under pressure.
- Previous experience in scheduling or planning (preferably in drainage solutions).
