What You’ll Be Doing

As a YellowStone Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our operation — collecting and delivering hazardous and non‑hazardous waste across customer sites. Your day will include:

  • Operating HGV Class 1 & 2 vehicles and vacuum tankers
  • Supporting loaders when the vehicle is stationary
  • Managing routes to hit time‑critical deadlines
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects accurately
  • Staying compliant with safety regulations and legal driving hours
  • Delivering excellent customer service with every job

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

You’re not just a driver — you’re a professional who takes pride in doing things right. We’re looking for:

  • At least 12 months’ experience driving HGV Class 1 & 2 vehicles
  • A valid HGV (C) licence, CPC card, Digital Tachograph card, and ADR licence
  • Experience operating road tankers and vacuum tankers
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Confidence working in all weather conditions and in a physically demanding role
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
