We are looking for dedicated Civils Operatives to join our dynamic and responsive Reactive Civils Team, based in Devon. Operating from our Greendale depot in Exeter, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across our other depots in Plympton, St Austell, and Yelland.
As a key member of our civils team, you will play an essential role in performing drainage repairs and installations working under the guidance of an experienced Ganger, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Your working hours will be from 0700 to 1700, and you will be required to participate in an on-call rota to provide essential support when needed.
About you: We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and ready to make an impact. While previous experience in utility work - especially sewer repairs and maintenance - is highly desirable, it is not essential. If you have a valid driving license and hold a CSCS card, that is a definite plus.

- Excavations, both manual and machine-assisted, including deep excavations.
- Street works and highway excavation.
