Field Service Technician Barnsley Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits
We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, maintain and calibrate Detectronic PAL (Customer Sewer Alarm) monitors across Yorkshire. If you enjoy independent work, problem solving and delivering great customer service, this role offers a rewarding mix of technical work and customer interaction.
More about the role:- Install and maintain PAL monitor devices
- Work independently and manage your daily schedule
- Diagnose issues and resolve them on site
- Engage with customers professionally
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Follow all Health & Safety and RAMS requirements
- Support wider team needs when required
- Experience in a similar technical field role
- Confident working alone and organising your workload
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Skilled with hand tools and equipment installation

- Knowledge of water/wastewater industry (preferred)
- Full clean UK driving licence and flexible to travel
