The IT Service Analyst will be part of an internal technology team responsible for maintaining, developing, and securing technologies used by the customer base at Adler and Allan. The position is based in the North of the UK, near Leeds. This role offers a unique opportunity due to the diverse nature of the business.

About the Role:
- Respond to support tickets and end-user queries related to software or hardware via email, phone, or face-to-face.
- Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure and support team to address recurring technical issues and identify training or documentation needs.
- Support, administer, and deliver IT solutions across the Adler and Allan group following ITIL standards.
- Update the ticketing system with accurate notes, progress, and actions.
- Enhance knowledge of supported software and hardware technologies.
- Coordinate with business units and third-party solution providers.
- Support bespoke manufacturing applications.
- Assist in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
- Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
- Research, present, and lead initiatives within the team.
- Contribute to developing the service desk toolset.
- Ensure service request fulfillment in coordination with the Head of Infrastructure.
