Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for planning, scheduling, and supporting operational delivery? We\’re looking for a Planner Administrator to join our dynamic team! You\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities run like clockwork, working closely with Client Services and Commercial Contracts teams to keep our environmental and pollution prevention operations on track.
What You\’ll Do:
- Maintain and manage asset records.
- Schedule PPM and remedial works using our IT system.
- Liaise with customers and our UK A&A Depot network to coordinate engineer visits.
- Generate weekly PPM reports and provide commercial support.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and internal teams.
- Assist with KPI/MI reporting and keep our CRM database updated.
- Process invoices and ensure timely financial administration.
- Dive into engineer reports to identify follow-up work.
- Provide customers with comprehensive reports on completed work.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
