The NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Division is seeking an API 653/EEMUA 159 Tank Integrity Assessor to perform Storage Tank assessments. The role involves conducting testing using non-destructive and non-intrusive methods with specialized equipment in various environments. You will collect data through external surface testing of tanks and pipes in situ, then analyze and report on the findings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing tests to assess the condition and status of tanks, pipelines, or similar structures, determining their lifespan and product quality.
- Inspecting tanks and pipelines, organizing inspections, and generating reports with recommendations for repairs, replacements, or other solutions.
- Ensuring all testing equipment is fully functional and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations, arranging repairs as needed.
- Prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency and meet customer demands.
- Preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication.
- Communicating new product and service opportunities, and feedback gathered from sales activities.
- Preparing accurate paperwork to activate and maintain contracts.
- Having awareness of ISO/IEC 17020 standards related to inspection activities.
