Overview

We are hiring an Instagram Content Lead to fully own and scale the Instagram presence of an established business in the info and digital product space.

This role is designed for a very specific type of operator: a steady, detail‑tight internal creator/producer who respects systems, quality, and cadence, but still has enough creative instinct to craft strong hooks and keep on‑camera content feeling human.

You are not chaotic or trend‑chasing, but you’re also not rigid.

You balance discipline with creativity.

The business already exists, generates real revenue, and is associated with some of the most recognizable names in the industry.

We’re not building from zero — we’re building leverage.

Growing the Instagram presence directly unlocks additional revenue, which is shared with this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Instagram end‑to‑end, translating vision into clear, structured, and engaging content.
  • Create daily content, edit Reels, produce carousels and static posts, guide on‑camera talent, and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
  • Build and enforce systems, uphold quality standards, and ensure cadence consistency.

Qualifications & Key Skills

  • Demonstrated results: personally grew at least one Instagram account to 300,000+ followers within a 12‑month period through organic content and can clearly explain what you did, why it worked, and how you would replicate it again.
  • Operates calmly and consistently.
  • Respects systems and structure.
  • Has strong taste and clarity.
  • Can push for consistency without ego.
  • Translates abstract vision into shippable assets.
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram mechanics and current changes across Instagram, Meta, messaging platforms, and AI.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, standing behind judgment, and taking accountability seriously.
  • Enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and building something meaningful on top of an already‑leading business.

Benefits & Compensation

High standards are respected here. Systems are valued. Quality is protected. And performance is rewarded with real upside.
