This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and vibrant environment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional drinks service and customer interaction.
Roles may include cocktail preparation, bar service, guest interaction, event support, and maintaining a high standard of beverage service throughout events.
Accommodation may be provided depending on event location and availability.
Transport options may also be available depending on shift times and location, however drivers are preferred.
- Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, drinks, and beverages to a high standard
- Create engaging guest experiences through professional and friendly service
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, ingredients, and current drink trends
- Operate bar service, including handling payments and managing customer requests
- Set up and maintain bar areas before, during, and after events
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and equipment
- Ensure all drinks are presented to a consistently high standard
- Follow all food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
- The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a mixologist, bartender, cocktail bartender, or in high-end hospitality is preferred
- Confident, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal dates
- Personal licence holders are welcome but not essential
