Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 per annum

Looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers/Fee Earners for firms throughout Newcastle, Gateshead & Jarrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
  • Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties
  • Negotiating terms of sale and purchase agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
