This is a fantastic chance to become part of a new restaurant dedicated to authentic Neapolitan traditions, quality ingredients, and great food.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with previous kitchen experience who are confident working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with care and precision, ensuring the highest standards of freshness and quality.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with general kitchen duties, including food preparation, cleaning, and keeping workstations organised.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.
- Follow all food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment throughout each service.
- Support the preparation of food for special events and catering requirements when needed.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen environment.
About You
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, or restaurant environment.
- Experience with pizza making and a good understanding of general food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Passionate about food and committed to delivering consistently high standards.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills, particularly within authentic Neapolitan pizza making.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
