Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law and private client matters, including divorce, child custody, wills, probate, and estate planning
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Attend court hearings and meetings with clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and private client regulations

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Practising Certificate in Family Law
• Excellent knowledge of UK family law and private client matters
