The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 € per year.
Residential Conveyancers (Opportunities all over the North East) up to 45k (with up to 8K bonus-usually an extra GBP400 per month) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Various Senior Conveyancing opportunities with Firms throughout the North East.
Main Responsibilities:
- Qualification preferred but not mandatory. Encourage qualification and are currently funding several staff members through qualification both CLC and training contract.
- Previous auction experience (purchases) preferred but not mandatory.
- Low file count approx. 28 files.
- Mainly office based during probation (Morpeth) but then open to hybrid working 2/3 days per week at home. Equipment will be provided if this is agreed.
