Residential Conveyancer\\n\\nGateshead\\n\\nSalary: £35,000 – £42,000 Per annum\\n\\nThe Role:-\\n\\nLooking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious North East Law Firm to be part of a close knit team or experienced professionals.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:-\\n\\n1. Handling the legal aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases, and re mortgages.\\n\\n2. Conducting property searches, reviewing contracts, and preparing legal documents.\\n\\n3.

Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.\\n\\n4. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.\\n\\n5. Ensuring all legal requirements are met and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.\\n\\nWhat we are looking for:-\\n\\n1.

Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with valid practising certificate.\\n\\n2. Solid knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.\\n\\n3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n4.
